TEAM SPORTS - 5 to 15 years

Our comprehensive team sports program offers children the opportunity to be introduced to sports in a safe and positive environment. Children learn the fundamentals of their sport, engage in cooperative drills and celebrate personal growth. Each class challenges students to develop skill proficiency, understanding of the game, communication, coordination and team work. Our coaches use specific positive feedback and a variety of drills in each class to give children the practice and repetition they need to master the skills of the sport. Each class ends with game play and an opportunity to execute skills in a scrimmage situation.

Skill progression is not our coaches' only goal. We are committed to using sports as a vehicle to teach children life lessons that will benefit them off the field too. Lesson's like: overcoming insecurity by practicing skills they might not be proficient in, building confidence by drilling a skill that used to be difficult or encouraging others to succeed through cooperative play. It is our hope that what our children learn on the field will help them thrive in their daily life as well.

6 - 10 yrs

Our 5 - 8 yrs classes are perfect for any child that has an interest in a sport and is looking to gain experience on the field! Lesson plans will focus on the fundamental skills of the sport in a way that allows each student to progress from week to week, at their own pace. Students will move through four 15 minutes rotations each week - gross motor skills, sports specific skill development, cooperative drills and game play.  Children are introduced to the rules, strategy and positions of the game in a way they can understand and execute during game play. Each month brings an exciting new lesson plan that keeps students having fun and developing their skills in a fun and positive environment

  • Sports Available: Soccer, Lacrosse, Basketball, Speed & Agility

  • Class Length: 1 hour

  • Sports equipment provided for Beginner Classes. Intermediate athletes must provide their own protective equipment.

10 - 15 yrs

Our 10 - 15 yrs classes are perfect for tweens that  have an interest in a sport and are looking to gain experience on the field! Lesson plans will focus on the skills of the sport in a way that challenges each athletes skill level.  Athletes will move through four rotations - speed and agility training, sports specific skill development, cooperative drills and game play- during their 60 minute practice.  Children are coached on the rules, strategy and positions of the game in a way they can understand and execute during game play. Each month brings an exciting new lesson plan that keeps students having fun and developing their skills in a fun and positive environment
